What does „Conception, Evaluation, Project" (CEP) stand for?
We develop innovative concepts and provide consulting services for organizations, projects and people on current issues. This includes a range of services: for example management consulting, evaluation and impact analysis, development and implementation of concepts, strategies and complex projects, conceptual work on HIV&Aids Mainstreaming, rural development and agricultural research, or the facilitation of learning processes and seminars.

Our approach aims at utilising existing know-how, to strengthen the competence and capacity of participating actors and to contribute to the quality and sustainability of their work. Thus we plan our services practice-oriented together with the client and the partners. Products then result from joint efforts.
